Niue 2005 125th Anniversary of the Light Bulb Silver Plated Coin (Thomas Edison - Inventor)

In 2005, to honour the 125th anniversary of Edison's patent for the light bulb, the official legal tender $1 coin was released with an actual working light bulb.  This $1 coin is struck in 1oz brass and layered in .999 fine silver.  Diameter is 39mm.  Issued by the Government of Niue ($1NZD face value)
